- The Piscari Refer A Friend or Colleague Scheme is open and available to individuals who are registered with Piscari Ltd.
- All applications must be made online at www.piscariassociates.com
- The Piscari Refer A Friend or Colleague Scheme does not apply to individuals already known to or are registered with Piscari on the date of the referral.
- We can only accept referrals for people already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
- The Piscari Refer A Friend or Colleague Scheme does not apply to employees (or members of their families) of Piscari Ltd Group of companies, to employees (or members of their families) of any client of the Piscari Ltd Group of companies , or anyone professionally connected with this reward scheme ; and such people are automatically ineligible for any award pursuant to this scheme . The Piscari Refer A Friend or Colleague Scheme does not apply or supplement any existing arrangement agreed either verbal or written to support the attraction and placement of contractors.
- There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
- Payment will only be awarded if the referred individual is registered and after being placed by Piscari successfully completes a minimum 3 month contract.
- The award is non negotiable or transferrable.
- The Refer A Friend or Colleague Scheme is only available in the UK.
- Piscari reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the Refer A Friend or Colleague Scheme at any time without notice. The Refer A Friend or Colleague Scheme is operated in accordance with the Piscari Privacy Policy. Further details available on the Piscari website.
- The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these terms shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
- The decision of Piscari to pay any award is final.
- These conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
