Mike Lander
Mike is a shareholder of Piscari Associates Ltd and is also founder and CEO of Piscari Ltd, a separate company which owns Consulting Strategies Ltd, a consulting business based in London and Gretton School which is a special school for children with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) located in Cambridge.

Mike developed his talent for building high quality, successful service businesses from consulting and senior management roles with KPMG, Barclays Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Crosfield Electronics. He has also acted as a strategic coach and business consultant to senior executives in both the private and public sectors.
In addition to his work at Piscari, Mike is also a non-executive director for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, which supports the NHS to transform healthcare for patients and the public by rapidly developing and spreading new ways of working, new technology and world-class leadership.
Mike has an MBA from Cranfield University and an Honours degree in Electronics from Sheffield University.
In addition to fulfilling a busy business schedule, Mike is also committed to philanthropy – something he is passionate about having received the support of a few key people in his life that have led to his success. He regularly supports and advises young entrepreneurs starting out in business, and has set up the Piscari Charitable Trust in 2007 which has launched a new and unique scheme called Tools for Suxess®. The trust is providing financial and mentoring support to disadvantaged young people aged 16-25 years old in the UK, who need to buy tools to succeed in further education and employment. For example, utensils and whites for chefs, skincare products for beauticians, professional attire for retail management, sewing machines for fashion designers and much more.
